Just being a little more aware of how your mind works; how you manage and relate to your thoughts, and then the domino effect this has on your feeling, emotions and behaviour can make a massive impact on your life and the lives of those around you.
For me Mindfulness helped me navigate a really challenging time in my life when things were seeming quite hopeless. It enabled me to look at my thoughts in a totally enlightened way. If I’d had these skills a few years earlier I know my journey thought chemo and my husband’s depression could have been very different.
But I know for a fact that these skills and my change of attitude towards my thoughts and emotions have changed my life for the better.
I would not be the person I am today without Mindfulness and I would not be building this business and community. I have great dreams of what I can do and how I am going to serve people, my dreams will come true that I am absolutely sure of.
